What is the difference? With Wedding or Baptism Assistance, we help you select professionals and secure the agreed bookings. With Full Planning, our support continues after bookings are made: we track outstanding tasks, remind you of next steps and coordinate the suppliers through to your event day, within the agreed scope.
For Assistance, after a booking is confirmed and its first deposit is paid, subsequent communication and coordination take place directly with that supplier. The service covers the categories and requirements agreed at the outset; it is not charged by the hour or by the message. Any substantial change to the agreed scope will be discussed before further work is undertaken. Supplier deposits and other supplier payments are not included in our fee. The free service provides one initial search with up to two recommendations per category and assistance with securing the chosen booking through to the first deposit. Additional searches, alternative recommendations, extensive negotiations and ongoing coordination are not included.
