The prices we are showing you are the actual prices on the local market and from our partners, which you would encounter even without our involvement.

Under no circumstances does Koufonisia Weddings add any commission or surcharge to the prices charged by its partners to the couple. Any partnership commission shall be agreed exclusively with the partner and it does not place a financial burden on the couple.

Koufonisia Weddings’ partners are listed publicly on the platform, and you are, of course, welcome to contact them directly.

If you choose to let us handle the bookings, we will manage free of charge on your behalf, we handle communication with our partners, checking availability, collecting quotes and the booking process.

Before we can proceed with enquiries and bookings, it is important that you have decided on the key details — such as date or specific time frame, number of guests and key preferences — and be ready to move on to the advance payments that partners may request to confirm bookings.

Advance payments and payments relate to the services provided by partners and are made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant partner.

Entrusting bookings to Koufonisia Weddings does not, under any circumstances, increase the partner’s price due to a commission charged by Koufonisia Weddings.

The free booking management service does not include personal wedding planning or coordination services, for which a separate proposal regarding collaboration and fees is provided.
